Lastly, there’s the “eustress”, which is known to be a good stress. Eustress is what you face when something positive is happening in your life, for example, getting a promotion, getting married, having a child, etc.
Stress of any form can become very overwhelming for the person experiencing it. Therefore, you need to be aware of when you are facing stress inducing triggers so that you can quickly put the following de-stressing methods to use:
Walk
This is the easiest exercise that you can do to get rid of stress. Walking helps release endorphins into the system and helps you get some exercise done as well. Walking will also help you reframe your entire situation; this allows you to leave the stressful environment of your workplace or home and it will give you a peaceful moment to rethink your situation.
Deep Breathing
Breathing using your diaphragm has great power to relieve stress. Yoga and meditation have used the power of deep breathing to focus and relieve anxiety for millenia. 5000 years ago, since yoga started, the most enlightened yogis would often advise their students to practice the art of deep breathing, not only for a prolonged life, but to be able to relieve themselves of any distress as well.
All you need to do is whip out some of your favorite aromatherapy patches in a dimly lit room as you meditate. After a while you will discover all of your stress has been alleviated in the revitalizing scent of the patches.

Speaking to a friend will not only help you achieve some moral support, but it will also help you look at your entire scenario from a different perspective.
