Here are four essential oil blends to make at home and use in your Blank Inhalation Patches:
- Spring Blend. This recipe uses two drops of geranium oil as well as three drops each of lavender and roman chamomile. Mix them together in a small bowl or cup being careful not to touch your skin with the blended solution. You can then add the blend to your blank patch.
- Bliss Blend. Whenever you want to achieve a relaxed state of body and mind, use this recipe which calls for four different essential oils. They are wild orange, grapefruit, lemon, and bergamot. You’ll use three drops each of the first two oils and two drops each of the latter two oils.
- Breathe Blend. If seasonal allergies have you feeling stuffy, try this recipe which is easy to make. Blend together eucalyptus essential oil and peppermint essential oil. Feel your nasal passages opening each time you take a deep breath of this incredibly effective blend.
